P J Martin is more than ready to take on the lead role in De La Salle's backfield after sharing duties the past couple of seasons He runs with a great forward lean and a low center of gravity that allows him to break tons of tackles to pick up extra yardage He was the primary threat for the Cavs in this preseason scrimmage vs West Jefferson and look for that theme to continue throughout the year
